Description
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Assess project risks and implement cost control measures.
- Provide financial advice and forecasts to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation and project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost analysis, contract management, and budgeting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and analyze project costs.
- Working Conditions: Office and fieldwork environments; may require site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
