Description
- Promote and sell DMCI Homes properties to prospective clients
- Generate leads through various marketing and networking strategies
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients in the home-buying process, including documentation and financing options
- Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- No experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
- With or without a PRC or DHSUD license
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
