Description
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
