Description
- Collaborate with store management to enhance product displays and layouts.
- Analyze sales trends to optimize inventory placement.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost customer engagement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Provide training and support to store staff on visual merchandising techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in strategic planning, wholesale operations, inventory management, and quality management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Organize merchandise displays, manage stock levels, and ensure product quality.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
