Cleaning and Maintaining Guest Rooms: This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
Making Beds and Changing Linens: Ensuring beds are made and fresh linens are provided.
Replenishing Supplies: Restocking bathrooms with toiletries, towels, and other guest supplies
Cleaning Bathrooms: Maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
Cleaning Public Areas: Keeping hallways, stairwells, and other common areas clean and tidy.
Reporting Issues: Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Customer Service: Assisting guests with their needs and inquiries.
Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Greeting guests: Providing a welcoming experience.
Delivering and retrieving items: Delivering requested items like ironing boards, and retrieving them.

Work Experience: Prior experience in a housekeeping role or similar is highly desirable.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Physical Fitness: Room attendants need to be able to move around efficiently and perform tasks that require lifting and reaching.
Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and address small details is crucial for maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills, especially in English, are needed for interacting with guests
