Description
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to promote a safety culture.
- Provide safety advice and support to employees.
- Conduct safety audits, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in safety management or compliance.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits to evaluate safety practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to promoting safety.
