Description
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of vehicle specs, maintenance services, and pricing strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client engagements
Requirements
- Manage and grow fleet accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored vehicle solutions
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Analyze fleet usage and recommend maintenance packages or upgrades
- Track sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
- At least 2 years of college (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Automotive-related field)
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or automotive dealership environment
