Assist in the sales process from proposal to transaction closure.

Provide accurate and clear product information to customers.

Receive and process customer orders.

Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Prepare and manage sales documents such as invoices, billing statements, and sales reports.

Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics department to ensure timely delivery.

Assist the sales team in developing strategies and promotional materials.

Maintain good relationships with customers to foster loyalty.

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably diploma/bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or administration.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Communicative, friendly, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using computers and office applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, agile, and able to work under pressure.
