Description
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate sales schedules and manage customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Support the planning and execution of sales events
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
- Assist in sales training, manage sales data, and support the sales team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales support or coordination roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales support, communication, public speaking, and teamwork.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, with occasional travel for training or client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and a positive attitude.
