  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance promotional efforts.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in high-ticket B2C or B2B2C sales.
  • Leadership: team building, coaching, performance tracking.
  • Proven multi-million revenue targets.
  • Network in design/build/real estate community a plus.
  • Confident with product launches and strategy presentations.
  • Salespeople from Poggenpohl, Poliform, Boffi, Häcker, SieMatic, Bulthaup, Scavolini can apply
  • Real estate brokers with a design eye.
  • Luxury appliances, tiles, lighting salespeople with architect/designer networks.
  • Former interior designers or project managers transitioning into sales.
