Actively promote products and upsell when appropriate.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
Explain product benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
Ensure excellent service to build strong customer relationships.
Willing to travel and conduct field visits to farms or dealers.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (if motorcycle or company vehicle is used).
Physically fit and able to work in rural or agricultural areas.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Agritechnology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Vocational or senior high school graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
At least 1–2 years of experience in agricultural sales, livestock feeds, or animal nutrition is preferred.
Experience dealing with dealers, farmers and livestock raisers is a strong advantage.
