Your Role:

  • Cold Calling: Sure, it’s not the sexiest part of the job, but we need someone who can take on the phone with confidence, even when the first few calls might seem like dead ends.
  • Lead Qualification: No sales pitches here—you're discovering if people are a good fit for what we offer. You're building relationships from scratch, not just checking boxes.
  • Collaboration: You'll hand off leads that are ready to convert to our sales pros—but with real information, not just a name and number. We like our hand-offs smooth, not rushed.
  • Follow-Up and Persistence: You don’t give up on a good lead. You’ll be following up, asking the right questions, and staying on top of your leads with strategic reminders and nudges.
  • Feedback Loop: We want to hear about what’s working and what’s not. You’ll be giving us feedback to continuously improve the way we approach things.
