  • Manage office communications and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Assist in administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Provide support to management and staff as needed
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in presentation, people management, written communication, employee relations, time management, and creative problem-solving.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage appointments, prepare reports, assist in communication, and support office activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
