Description

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President and CEO.
  • Performs clerical, and administrative tasks including drafting letter memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the executive, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
  • Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
  • Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related courses.
  • Preferably with experience as an Executive Secretary or other similar fields.
  • Must be Tech-Savy, with efficient computer skills.
  • With a Professional Driver's License (capable of driving 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles).
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Capable of multitasking.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
