  • Manage correspondence and communication for executives
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate office activities and logistics
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of information

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Not required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
