- Manage correspondence and communications
- Organize and maintain files and records

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of secretarial experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, both written and verbal in English and Nihongo (N2 or N1).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage correspondence, organize meetings, and prepare reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
