Description

  • Product Manager you will oversee and manage the
  • production process for all animation and VFX projects, ensuring that timelines,
  • budgets, and quality standards are met. Your role will be crucial in coordinating
  • the efforts of different departments, managing resources, and ensuring smooth
  • operations from project start to finish.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in production management, ideally in animation, VFX, or game development.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects from concept to completion is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, project management tools, and methodologies. Familiarity with software like Autodesk Maya and Blender.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a diverse team. Ability to balance creative aspirations with practical constraints like budget and time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with external clients and stakeholders.
