Description
- Be responsible for expanding the contract user base in the Vietnam or Turkey market / the US / the UK;
- Develop and maintain relationships with local trading users, agents, communities, and KOL resources;
- Promote the growth of trading volume in the region and enhance user activity and retention;
- Coordinate with the internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to jointly achieve business objectives;
- Regularly submit business progress reports and participate in rebate and quarterly incentive settlements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges (contract direction is mandatory);
- Previous cooperative trading volume of 200M–300M USDT or more per month;
- Familiarity with the local crypto markets in Vietnam or Turkey / the US / the UK, with preference for resource holders;
- English as a working language, with certain local market communication skills;
- Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management capabilities;
- Willingness to accept remote work arrangements.
