Monitoring and analyzing operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Identifying and proposing work process improvements.
Coordinating with various departments such as logistics, production, sales, and customer service.
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Creating operational performance reports and providing data-driven recommendations.
Addressing daily operational challenges and seeking quick and effective solutions.
Maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable external regulations.

Minimum education of D3/S1 in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in operations (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work with data and management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
