Assist project managers in coordinating and completing activities related to Surge Electrical Supply and Contracting Corp projects.
Organize meetings, manage schedules, and maintain project documentation within the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services industry.
Support effective communication between team members and with external vendors.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing progress reports and processing invoices.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in project management or related role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Project Management software, strong planning and project documentation skills, adept at vendor management and resource allocation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in planning and execution of projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle project documentation, and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with the possibility of occasional travel to meet with vendors or stakeholders.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive in problem-solving, and a strong team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
