Description

  • Operate and drive trucks to transport goods safely.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before departure.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adhere to schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, and cargo.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of driving experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate heavy trucks, knowledge of road safety regulations, and good navigational skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
