Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with **product judgment and user experience design capabilities**. You will be deeply involved in the requirement analysis, user journey design, and core interaction definitions for Web3 products. You will not only be responsible for interface presentation but also be a co-creator of the experience strategy.

In our team, design is not just about "visual output," but rather about deeply understanding users and the business, collaborating with product and development teams to create a clear, trustworthy, and engaging on-chain experience. You will lead the usability, accessibility, and consistency of the product, participating in the entire process of building products from 0 to 1.

## Responsibilities

- Participate in product requirement discussions and planning, providing insights and optimization suggestions based on user experience perspectives

- Organize information architecture and interaction processes, designing high-quality user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes

- Utilize tools like Figma to produce high-fidelity design drafts and build and maintain a unified design language system

- Focus on user experience challenges during on-chain interactions and dApp usage, proposing solutions

- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation, continually monitoring experience fidelity and consistency

- Gather user feedback and behavioral data, leading experience iterations and detail refinements
