- Content Production: Own the end-to-end process — from pre-production planning to shooting and post-production editing
- Brand Storytelling: Turn raw ideas and footage into compelling, on-brand narratives
- Platform Optimization: Customize video formats for each platform (e.g., vertical for TikTok, square for Instagram), ensuring content is optimized for performance and audience retention
Requirements
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and design
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (similar)
- Solid understanding of basic cinematography: framing, lighting, audio, and camera operation
- Deep familiarity with current social media trends, short video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), and engagement strategies
