Responsibilities:

• Oversee web development projects, ensuring technical best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Lead Agile teams, manage sprints, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to align business goals with technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on front-end and back-end development technologies, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Continuously optimize Agile workflows, development processes, and team collaboration.
• Ensure testing and deployment standards are met, integrating CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Scrum Management/Agile delivery
• Jira, Confluence

Nice to have:

• Prince (PM) Certification
