• Monitor market dynamics (prices, supply and demand, policies, etc.) and provide clients with trading strategy recommendations.

1. Business Negotiation and Execution

• Participate in negotiations for spot contracts, including pricing, delivery methods, and settlement terms, and coordinate logistics and warehousing processes.
• Follow up on contract signing, order execution, delivery acceptance, and payment collection, addressing any unexpected issues during transactions (such as quality disputes, breaches of contract, etc.).

1. Risk Control and Compliance

• Monitor price fluctuations in the spot market and credit risks, adjusting trading strategies in a timely manner.
• Ensure that transactions comply with company risk control policies and industry regulations (such as anti-money laundering, tax compliance, etc.).

1. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Collaborate with risk control, finance, legal, and other departments to optimize trading processes; work with the technology team (if support for digital trading platforms is needed).

1. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect and organize trading data, analyze market trends, and submit business reports regularly.

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors related to economics, finance, trade, marketing, supply chain management, etc.

1. Industry Experience

• Over 3 years of experience in bulk commodity/spot trading, supply chain management, or related fields, familiar with market rules of target categories (such as crude oil, coal, non-ferrous metals, agricultural products, etc.).
• Preference for candidates with stable upstream and downstream client resources.

1. Skills Requirements

• Familiar with the entire process of spot trading and trade terminology.
• Strong market analysis skills, proficient in using tools like Excel and PPT for data processing.
• (Optional) Understanding of futures hedging and arbitrage strategies is a plus.
