Description
- Design and implement both online and offline user engagement activities to enhance user participation and platform retention.
- Develop customized promotions, rewards, and interactive campaigns based on user behavior and market trends.
- Analyze user data to identify inactive users and implement targeted re-engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to optimize user activation and retention processes.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine engagement strategies based on data insights.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to adjust retention strategies and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in user operations, engagement strategies, or event planning in online platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data tracking and analysis tools.
- Creative and proactive, capable of independently driving initiatives and improving user experience.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is highly preferred.
- On-site work is required after becoming a permanent employee.
