Job Responsibilities:

1. Build the overall operational system for contract business on the trading platform based on the company's business development needs;

2. Establish the contract user system, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and community management for platform users;

3. Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of contract-related activities on the platform;

4. Optimize contract products, coordinating with product and technical departments to manage progress and ensure functionality;

5. Assemble the contract operations team and manage daily communication and coordination;

6. Be data-sensitive and formulate operational strategies based on operational data.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with more than 3 years of experience in exchange operations, including at least 2 years of experience in contract operations;

2. Strong interest in digital currency and digital asset trading, a passion for trading, and a keen interest in financial and economic knowledge;

3. Ability to quickly grasp the characteristics of the company's products and business development direction, and understand the trends in the company's development;

4. Strong learning ability, capability to absorb new knowledge, and ability to work under pressure; practical in work, responsible, and possess a sense of confidentiality.
