The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in English communication to collaborate effectively with professionals in the USA. Experience with IPO processes is highly desirable.

- Develop and analyze financial strategies, reports, and budgets.

- Provide expert insights and recommendations for accounting and corporate finance initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including USA-based professionals, to ensure seamless financial operations.

- Support IPO-related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance.

- Prior experience with IPO processes is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proven ability to collaborate with international teams and meet tight deadlines.
