Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for the design and development of copy trading and spot-related systems, ensuring functionality is stable and efficient.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in a multi-functional team to ensure platform architecture and functionality stability.
• Maintain and improve existing systems and microservices, ensuring system scalability and high availability.
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges, maintaining high code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure platform security and compliance, preventing potential security vulnerabilities.
• Write and maintain efficient test cases to ensure smooth operation of continuous integration and delivery processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the design and development of exchange systems; experience with order-following trading or spot development is preferred.
• Proficient in Java programming language, familiar with common frameworks (such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.), and has a solid understanding of basic multithreading and I/O programming.
• Strong logical thinking ability, good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, and a strong capacity for technical learning.
• Familiar with distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience in high-performance Java programming and asynchronous programming models.
• Interest in or experience with the blockchain industry, and a willingness to engage in the cryptocurrency field.
• Adaptable to an agile development environment and able to accept a startup team's 6-day work schedule and remote work model (team time zone: Beijing time).

Salary and Benefits:
