二、主要職責
- 銷售計劃與目標管理
- 制定年度、季度及月度銷售目標，並監督執行。
- 分解指標至團隊成員，確保過程與結果雙重管理。
- 客戶關係與市場開拓
- 拜訪重點客戶，處理異議與投訴，提升客戶滿意度。
- 挖掘潛在客戶，跟蹤市場動態，擴大市場佔有率。
- 銷售回款與費用控制
- 審批客戶資信額度，跟蹤應收帳款，確保資金回籠。
- 審核折扣與費用，降低銷售成本，保證利潤率。
- 團隊建設與培訓
- 招聘、培訓、考核銷售人員，提升業務技能。
- 激勵團隊，增強凝聚力，打造高效銷售隊伍。
- 跨部門協作
- 與市場、產品、客服、財務等部門溝通，推動方案落地。
- 參與合同談判、定價與風險評估，確保合規與盈利。
三、任職要求
- 學歷背景：本科及以上學歷，市場行銷、管理或相關專業優先。
- 工作經驗：5–8 年以上銷售經驗，具備團隊管理經歷。
- 技能要求：組織能力、溝通能力、談判技巧、市場洞察力。
