A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering information about products and services. They serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

CSRs handle interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media, and are expected to maintain accurate records, follow up on customer issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key to success in this position.
