崗位職責
KOL與達人合作
尋找並簽約巴西本地體育、娛樂、遊戲等領域的KOL、達人資源；
維護KOL關係，制定合作方案和內容策略，提升品牌影響力；
跟蹤KOL推廣效果，優化投放策略。
社群運營與增長
建設和運營巴西本地社群（WhatsApp、Telegram、Instagram、Discord、TikTok等）；
策劃並執行線上線下活動，提高用戶活躍度和留存率；
持續優化用戶增長路徑，拉新促活，建立高質量用戶社群生態。
市場洞察與策略
研究巴西用戶習慣、文化偏好和熱點話題，為品牌內容和推廣策略提供建議；
關注競品社群、達人營銷模式，輸出定期市場分析報告。
跨部門協作
與品牌、市場、產品和運營團隊協作，推動本地化內容、用戶增長和轉化；
結合業務需求設計激勵政策和達人合作模式。
