簡介
1. 為電報群 / 釘釘等群組用戶提供VIP通道協助；
2. Zendesk線上客戶服務系統，與電子郵件處理；
3. 維護客戶關係，定期更新公司網站內容與通知用戶活動；
4. 準確記錄客戶和代理商的需求，並透過Jira/Wiki等工具，反饋與報告任何錯誤；
5. 支援特殊情況或上級臨時任務；
6. 查詢區塊鏈上錢包充提幣；
7. 觀察加密貨幣市場走勢。
