Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for clients across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for user acquisition and retention.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive in the market.
Work closely with the product and marketing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with the overall user experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including ad networks, agencies, and affiliates.
Assist with ad hoc projects from across the marketing team

Proven track record of at least 2 years in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels including (but not limited to) Meta and Google.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in the gaming industry, preferably with a background in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital advertising sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, or similar tools.
