職位描述
展商協調與支持
- 擔任展商的主要聯絡點，並維持良好的工作關係。
- 清晰傳達展覽的詳細資訊、時間表、政策及流程。
- 收集、整理並回應展商的需求、問題及特殊要求。
- 協助展商進行註冊、付款及文件提交。
活動組織者與場地協調
- 與場地及活動規劃公司聯繫，以解決問題並確保及時執行。
- 追蹤進度，確保第三方合作夥伴根據合同和公司標準提供服務（例如：展位佈局、施工、現場設置、活動）。
展覽票務支持
- 維護票務數據庫並監督付款狀態。
- 確保所有票務流程順利且及時。
文檔與數據管理
- 維護和更新展商數據庫。
- 記錄與展商及供應商的主要溝通及解決方案。
- 協助準備展覽報告及總結文件。
要求：
- 市場營銷、活動管理、公關或相關領域的學士學位或以上。
- 至少1年展覽運營、活動協調或項目支持的經驗。有大型博覽會經驗者優先。
- 優秀的溝通和協調能力。
- 主動解決問題。
- 注重細節且有組織能力。
