職位描述
- 用戶增長執行
- 配合制定和落地用戶增長策略，包括但不限於新用戶引導、轉化、激勵活動等，提升法幣通道使用率。
- 活動策劃與執行
- 協助策劃並執行法幣相關的運營活動，如首充返現、法幣交易激勵、邀請返佣等，跟蹤效果並優化。
- 數據跟蹤與分析
- 定期收集和整理用戶增長相關數據，協助分析用戶行為路徑與關鍵指標（如轉化率、留存率、漏斗等），輸出運營報告。
- 用戶觸達與留存
- 執行郵件、Push、Banner等渠道的日常運營文案編寫和投放，提升用戶活躍度和留存率。
- 用戶調研與反饋
- 協助收集用戶反饋，洞察用戶行為和需求，為產品優化和活動設計提供建議。
- 跨部門協作
- 與產品、市場、客服等團隊協作，確保活動資源協調、上線流程順暢。
