Generate and qualify leads for recruitment by sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed), and resume databases.
Use Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Engage with potential candidates through messaging, cold outreach, and initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and target candidate profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate leads in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or sourcing spreadsheets.
Support talent mapping, market research, and competitor intelligence activities.
Help in screening candidate profiles and scheduling initial interviews if required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing process.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sourcing, lead generation, recruitment, or sales is an advantage.
Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
Strong research, communication, and persuasive skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to handle high volumes of outreach and lead generation tasks efficiently.
