簡介
- 負責通過在線客服工具接收用戶查詢並解答用戶的疑問；
- 及時反饋過程中存在的問題，收集並整理問題；
- 具有強烈的商業敏感度，能在培訓後掌握基本的商業概念。有財務知識和經驗者優先；
- 針對用戶體驗中的障礙進行頭腦風暴，挖掘用戶需求，推動問題解決和流程優化；
- 能夠適應輪班工作。/ 能夠適應長時間的夜班工作。
