職位描述
我們正在尋找一位注重細節的IT運營虛擬助理（IT運營VA），以支持客戶的IT運營。理想的候選人將具備對IT系統的深入理解，優秀的組織能力，以及有效管理多項任務的能力。
主要職責
- 協助監控和維護IT基礎設施，包括伺服器和網絡。
- 通過故障排除和解決技術問題來支持日常運營。
- 協助管理IT文檔，包括流程手冊和系統配置。
- 協助系統更新、備份和維護計劃。
- 與供應商協調硬件和軟件採購。
- 支持IT政策和程序的實施。
- 監控系統性能指標並生成報告。
- 協助培訓員工使用IT流程和工具。
- 保持對行業最佳實踐和新興技術的關注。
