簡介
工作職責：
1、對用戶活躍和交易等核心數據負責，能根據公司經營目標，不斷更新迭代沉澱出有效的用戶增長模型
2、制定運營活動數據指標，並調整運營活動策略，協調內部資源，確保活動順利進行
3、深入理解產品功能及特點，並對業務團隊反饋的需求和問題提煉優化建議，分析用戶行為，提升產品使用體驗。
4、維護和管理線上社群，提升用戶活躍度和參與度，制定和執行社群活動計劃，分析用戶需求，優化社群運營策略。
