實戰指導與教練： 作為運營導師，為客戶提供一對一輔導，幫助其解決入行問題。
文化建設： 營造數據驅動、用戶至上、協同高效的團隊文化氛圍。
經驗背景： 擁有5年及以上知名加密貨幣交易所的運營經驗，對交易所的業務邏輯有深刻理解。
實戰業績： 有從0到1或從1到10主導成功運營項目的完整經驗，並能量化其成果（例如，曾主導的活動使交易量提升X%，或將用戶留存率提高Y%）。
數據能力： 精通數據分析工具（如SQL、Tableau、Mixpanel等），具備強大的數據敏感度和邏輯分析能力，能獨立完成數據分析報告並驅動決策。
導師能力： 具備強烈的分享精神和優秀的溝通表達能力。
