職位描述
簡介
職位職責：
1、負責公司web3工具類產品的推廣，吸引更多用戶註冊並使用產品。
2、參與和組織拉新活動，提升用戶增長效率。
3、定期發布產品信息、活動通知及用戶福利，提升用戶參與度。
4、提出具有創意的用戶拉新方案，並付諸實踐。
5、與用戶保持密切溝通，收集用戶反饋和需求。
Masbate 目前提供的兼職崗位，薪資結算採用 PoW（工作量證明）模式，有兩種結算方式可供選擇：
- 固定薪酬+提成：每週固定薪酬 50U，外加 20% 的提成獎勵。
- 全額提成：直推用戶可獲得 30% 提成，間接推薦（即被推薦人再邀請的用戶）可獲得 20% 提成。
