1. 負責公司核心崗位的人才招聘工作（包括崗位發布、履歷篩選、面試安排、候選人溝通及入職流程）；
2. 與用人部門緊密合作，理解團隊需求，制定並優化招聘策略；
3. 建立和維護招聘渠道，持續拓展Web3/商務類人才池；
職位要求：
1. 具備至少2年人力資源相關從業經驗，具有半年以上Web3招聘經驗者優先；
2. 中英文流利，具備良好溝通協調能力、抗壓能力及自我驅動力；
3. 本科及以上學歷，人力資源、心理學、管理等相關專業者優先；
4. 轉正後可遠程辦公，試用期工作地點為深圳；
