職位描述
用戶留存策略制定
負責平台/產品的用戶留存體系搭建，制定分階段、分人群的留存運營策略（如新用戶7日留存、沉默用戶召回等）；
通過數據分析定位流失關鍵節點，提出優化方案並推動落地。
活動策劃與執行
設計並執行針對留存目標的專項活動（如簽到打卡、任務體系、社群運營等）；
結合節假日、熱點事件策劃創意留存活動，提升用戶黏性和活躍度。
數據監控與優化
監控留存相關核心指標（DAU/WAU/MAU、留存率、流失率等），定期輸出分析報告；
通過A/B測試、用戶反饋等方式持續優化留存策略。
