簡介
我們是一家位於新加坡的兒童慈善機構，致力於為有需要的兒童提供優質的教育和支持。我們正在尋找來自菲律賓的熱情自由教師，願意前往新加坡工作。
我們正在招聘自由教師，負責為5至12歲的兒童開展有趣且互動的課程。這是一個以項目為基礎的自由職位，提供平日放學後和週末（全天）的教學機會。
日常任務：
- 定期與家庭跟進並回答查詢（WhatsApp 商業版）
- 維護出勤紀錄並管理活動記錄（Excel）
每週任務：
- 更新課程幻燈片（PowerPoint）
- 管理志願者註冊和出勤（Giving.sg / Excel）
- 更新HubSpot中的客戶關係管理系統（CRM）
每月任務：
- 審查並更新課程幻燈片（PowerPoint）
- 設計並發送每月家庭日程（Canva）
- 行政維護，包括出勤追蹤（Excel）
週末任務：
- 教授課程並管理活動
- 志願者簡報
- 監督學生出勤和收集反饋
- 中心開放、清理和關閉
