We’re Hiring! Vendor Debits – Bid Loading Associate
Location: BGC or Pasay
Shift: U.S. Shift (Night Shift)
Are you detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic Credit Management team as a Vendor Debits – Bid Loading Associate!
What You’ll Do:
- Process vendor debits and ensure bid loading accuracy
- Resolve account discrepancies with a keen eye for detail
- Support SLA targets and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Finance/AR/Vendor Management (ERP knowledge like SAP is a plus!)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work the night shift (U.S. hours)
