Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our crypto exchange team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach in the crypto futures trading. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with influential individuals, groups, and organizations within the region to drive interest and adoption of our futures market platform, as well as identifying promising crypto projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, investors, regulators, and crypto projects.
• Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the reach of our platform and drive new business.
• Actively engage with the community through social media, conferences, and other events to drive brand awareness and promote our platform.
• Monitor trends and changes in the crypto market to anticipate and respond to market developments.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to engage with target audiences and promote our platform and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that our platform meets the needs and expectations of our customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles within the crypto, finance industries, TikTok MCN, or influencer management firms.
• Strong understanding of the crypto market.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English are highly preferred.
