Job Responsibilities

1. Acquire New Users: Must have experience as a KOL agent with commission returns from at least one or two-tier exchanges in contract and spot trading, responsible for completing the department's new user acquisition tasks.

2. Channel Development: Ability to develop and integrate new channels, capable of providing high-quality market deployment plans and excellent resource integration skills. Able to explore various types of market sales promotion channels, including but not limited to news media, vertical media, investment communities, industry influencers, SEO, quantitative teams, strategy optimizers, investment lecturers, etc., such as TG, Twitter, DC communities, etc.

3. Achieve Performance OKRs: Develop plans for new user acquisition, channel expansion, user retention, and OKR indicators, and be responsible for data growth.

4. Market Research: Provide reasonable market trend assessments, possess strong market research abilities, monitor market dynamics, and promptly feedback platform data.
