Description

1. Provide VIP channel assistance for users in Telegram groups / DingTalk and other group platforms;

2. Utilize the Zendesk online customer service system and manage email correspondence;

3. Maintain customer relationships, regularly update company website content, and notify users of events;

4. Accurately record customer and agent needs, and feedback and report any issues using tools like Jira/Wiki;

5. Support special cases or temporary tasks from superiors;

6. Inquiry regarding wallet deposits and withdrawals on the blockchain;

7. Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency market.
