• We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to support our operational and logistics activities in China. You’ll play a key role in helping us manage shipping, port coordination, crane operations, hydrogen handling, and communications with Chinese suppliers and authorities. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the local culture, language, and business practices.

• Coordinate shipping and logistics between our international team and Chinese stakeholders.
• Liaise with port authorities, crane operators, and freight forwarders.
• Support with hydrogen system shipments and related technical logistics.
• Translate and communicate technical or regulatory documents as needed.
• Ensure smooth execution of timelines and follow-ups on deliveries.
• Help solve operational issues in real time and report updates.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
• Based in China or with strong knowledge of Chinese business practices.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, port operations, or supply chain is a big plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with hydrogen systems or mechanical/industrial equipment.
• Experience working with international teams or startups.
